Please refer to the last picture. The wire is cut through see pictures. There are some minor handling marks on the lock system as can be seen in pictures. I circled the missing parts in user manual.

If you hold the wire together and turn it on enter PIN number to open lock works as should. The pictures are part of the and show actual item for sale. Also there are no AA batteries included. Please refer to the pictures for actual item.

All of the pictures are part. The kit is also missing one inside assembly screw and the back plate. Someone attempted to install the deadbolt and they ended up pinching electrical wire. So someone will have to repair the cut wire.
